By accessing or using The Inner Circle platform ("TICZone", "TIC", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") at theinnercirclezone.com or via TICZone.app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the platform.
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

When you create an account with TICZone, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
Access to TICZone is provided on a subscription basis. By subscribing, you agree to the following:
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time.
Due to the nature of digital access products, all sales are generally final. However, we offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for first-time subscribers who have not engaged substantially with the platform.
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of initial purchase to office@ticzone.app. We review each request individually and reserve the right to decline refunds where the platform has been used extensively.
Refunds are not available for renewal charges where a cancellation reminder was sent in advance.
You agree to use TICZone only for its intended purpose. The following are strictly prohibited:
Violations may result in immediate suspension or permanent termination of your account without refund. We take the integrity of the community seriously.
You retain ownership of any content you submit to TICZone — including logs, posts, messages, and feedback. By submitting content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display and use that content within the platform for operational purposes.
All content, branding, design, software, and materials on TICZone — including but not limited to the name "The Inner Circle", "TICZone", logos, UI elements, and written content — are the intellectual property of The Inner Circle and protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any platform content without our explicit written permission.
TICZone is an accountability and productivity platform. We are not a medical, psychological, financial, or legal service. Nothing on the platform constitutes professional advice of any kind.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Inner Circle and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the platform.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these terms or the platform shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms, fraudulent activity, or any behaviour that we determine to be harmful to the platform or its community.
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting office@ticzone.app or through your account settings. Upon termination, your right to access the platform ceases immediately.
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts.
If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When material changes are made, we will notify active members via email or in-app notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of TICZone after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
